Good afternoon dr. my question is that my surgery was done before 40 days, my age is 25 yrs,period was not stop .little it was happening frm last nght.It is normal or i have to consult

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hai good evening !! It's normal to bleed after delivery whether it's C-Section or normal delivery for 30-50 days.
Bleeding duration depends on body type, mode of delivery(normal delivery 50-60days ; C-section 30-45 days) and Haemoglobin levels.
No need to worry it's normal and have calcium, iron rich foods and supplements.
