Q.
Good afternoon Doctor. my kid is 3month old.. he is having gas problem. after feed also he does not burp. when he is passes gas he is crying constantly.. I am also feeling gassy.. but i dont take dal Or veg which makes gassy. suggest some remedies

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear mum, you should take dal and vegetables. as a breastfeeding mother, if you have gas it does not affect your baby. it is normal for babies to have gas. try burping your baby for 15 to 20 minutes preferably in sitting position. you can also give tummy time.
