Good afternoon doctor my daughter is coughing from last two days which medicine is best for her

A. my daughter is 5 year old .is this medicine is suitable for her

A. kindly give syrup allegra /histafree 5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin / ambrodil s 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days thesn kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk. try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is prevent hodt to cold and cold to hot weather.
