Good Afternoon Doctor, My baby is 9 months old. Till now we haven't introduced cereal or such kind of food.Can we now start giving it? Also kindly suggest the best time to feed cerelac.

A. Hi mom Yes u can introduce cereals to ur baby now. There is no problem in that. U can give cerelac in any meal. There is as such no best time for that. Give 3-4 meals in a day and give milk rest of the day to ur baby.
