Q.

Good afternoon doctor, I'm 31 years old and my problem is suddenly I got vein swelling and pain in my left hand thumb from last Sunday and yesterday morning onwards my left hand (shoulder to fingers) started pain now little bit ok but I want to know your suggestion doctor. note : fever and cold from yesterday morning.

A. I tested hb last week it's 11.8 doctor

A. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sitting posturec as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple painc you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.
