#going to start solids for my 6month old boy can you please advise what can be given to the baby

A. Home made you can use I personally do not feel these foods are good to be given on every day basis if you’re travelling and all it’s okay but why give something which is not good and has good content of sugar which is not healthy so you can prepare fresh at home that you can give and instead of cow milk you can use stone pasteurise milk as animal milk is not advisable before the time of 12 months

A. Thanks for the suggestion also wanted to know is it good to give cerelac or any other readymade products. also if I want to give homemade cerelac then can I use cow's milk for mixing

A. Your child has to be six months complete then only you can start with food not before that so you can go ahead with Dal rice water followed by fruits and vegetables for khichadi mash banana mash potatoes and make sure to include good amount of of dairy products as well
