Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. This can be discussed with your local doctor where your doctor will give you a correct guidance in a proper way . So morhe queries and doubts can be cleared after discussing .
Also online consultation can be taken heire which can be more favourable for clearing the doubts .

It’s a very healthy food option you can definitely go ahead with that on a regular basis one time in the day is absolutely going to be good and rest of the time try to focus on giving proper traditional home-cooked food for the child
