GD evening sir My son is suffering from gas related issues for the last 1 month .I gave him Lanzol30 and than Rantop and kidygut but didn't work and I did ultrasound and report shows gas loaded bowel.kindly suggest sm medicine please.

A. hi. yoh can help ur baby by diet modification. like avoid gases producing food.. feed him easy to digest food, add jeeta, ajwain , bpack salt, black pepper, hing in his food.
