gas problem hai meri beti ko 3 year ki hai last 4 month se medicine chal rahe hai. medicine band ki to phir se vahi problem please suggest kya karu.

gas problem can be result of lack of physical activities , not feeling comfortable with particular food items , eating food fastly , not chewing food well etc
so , please make sure your child takes food well.
he must chew food well.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc more
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
don't allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time.
