from when can I make my 6 month old sit on a high chair for feeds(weaning foods) Thank you

As your child completes the time of six months you should make your child sit with support initially don’t make your child sit in the sitting chair by the age of seven months you can start using it because kids take better posture by that so it would be comfortable for them to sit in the chair and food you can start with Dal water rice water you can give varieties of fruits and vegetables and food made out of ragi Suji and oats you can give Khichdi and porridge and also use salt and necessary spices in the food
