From past a week my daughter has got wet cough but she doesn't cough regularly she just coughs once or twice in a day. But when she coughs I can feel she as mucus in chest. she is 22 months old. what can be done for this.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequlpently to relieve the symptoms.
