Q.

From Last few days my son keeps eating Dust whenever he finds it somewhere. Is it a matter to be worried. What should I do to stop him.

A. hi yes ,it happens because of nutritional deficiencies. so you should offer food items which are full of iron and calcium . for example you can offer Ragi halwa with nuts powder , different dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc. give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day. give citrus Fruits more .
