Q.

from last 2 weeks my son having cough and congestion. mostly in morning and knight he used to cough a lot because of which some time he vomit in the morning kindly suggest some prescription to best suited to him

A. For cold / running nose give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block. Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing. paracetamol fxor fever and pain Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give water at frequent intervals For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.
