From afternoon my 3 years old having 102 to 103.6 fever if giving p250 it’s reducing again fever increasing. Can anyone help me in this

A. please give p 250 in right dose in every 4 to 6 hourly, you may also do tepid sponging to bring down high temprature, give her lots of fluids. once mert your doctor

A. Every 6 hours u have to give otherwise consult doctor for antibiotics
