if your baby is more than 6 months, then give 2 to 3 meals in a day and up to half katori every time.
you can give foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer
then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd.
later mashed paneer. Add ghee to baby's food.
