for postpartum depression consultation, whom should I consult, psychiatrist or gynecologist. I m very scared and cant do anything but overthink

I think it is your server thinking you’re overthinking which is what is disturbing your mind sunao it is time for you to consult a psychiatrist. They will actually understand your problem when will help you pass through and walk through the issue that you are going to a don’t be scared. Richa completely normal issue. What ever is in your mind will be at least be able to take it out and find a solution to your problem.
