my son is 4 months today. I massage him with coconut oil, bathe him with warm water and after getting ready if his skin feels dry apply little oil on face, hair and legs. 
coconut oil massage before shower ensures moisturising and water is the best cleanser as babies don't do any such activity which leads to dirt.
