For my 10 months old baby, I am seeing black coating over tongue, is it because of iron medicine (Nuhemo) which doctor prescribed after 9 months?

A. Yes iron syrup could be the reason do give few sips if water after giving iron supplement and use finger brush yo clean the tongue of the baby it helps take care
