For growing heightt what nutrition a 6 year child should get?

A. Hi, to improve the height cycling and swimming are the best exercise. At the current situation take your baby out for cycling. 8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake 11 PM-fruits with dry fruits and honey 1 p.m-rice and Sambar or Khichdi with vegetable fry and curd rice 4 PM-fruit juice and vegetable soup 8 PM – dinner. Before sleeping- luke warm milk with a pinch of turmeric. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of foods, pulses, veggies so that baby get all the nutrients. You can Also include buttermilk, coconut water.
