for ear itching saline drops can be used or not

rubbing of ear as well as itching of the ears is totally normal.
if the child is not crying do not worry about it and to decrease the itching sensation you can apply coconut oil over it.
do not use earbuds to clean the internal ear cavity.
external ear can be cleaned with the help of clean cotton cloth.
treatment is given only if the child is crying with pain while itching.
for pain you can give paracetamol

No it cannot be because it is for nose not for the year so if there is a problem over there you have to check with your doctor to understand in the first place what is the problem and according to that only the further medication can be advised for the child
