This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. v
Diet counselling is ahflso very important .

Give three proper meals in a day breakfast lunch dinner and two snacks in between to your baby..
u can give snacks around 11 in the morning and one at 5-6 pm in the evening.
once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for ur family.
