few days before my baby(11 month and 23 days old).. got fever without any symptoms... I had given calpol drops in between... ... afterwards she cured... then l followed her with regular bath.... but yesterday onwards she is having dry cough and sneezing .. why it is?

A. After illness you should give more liquids to the baby abd light to digest foods should be given to the baby abd fruits should be a part of diet and gradually baby will regain appetite
