DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 2.6 years old and he is having a diarrhoea so give him ORS and econorm sachets two time a day and proper antibiotic too so

the most important thing is fluid and electrolyte imbalance which can cause dehydration and further complications which should be managed properly.
Initially probiotics can be given along with zinc supplement and ors solution.v
Antibiotics should be given if required by the doctor only .
