RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 months agoA. Crocin you can use for your child this is going to be good you can give it with a gap of six hours each and you can take the temperature every 4 to 6 hours if you see temperature is there or it is rising or any of that sort then give the medicine
