feeding mother can milk is less what to do for 10 month baby

A. Hai good morning !! Feeding mothers might have less milk production due to consumption by baby . Proper intake of lactating foods - Milk,diary products,papaya,chikoo,rusk,bread toast,poppy seeds,galic in curries,crushed garlic in boiled milk,having more water will improve milk production.
