My baby is 3.5 months old. From last 2 days he is spitting curdled milk jus after feeding or after a few minutes after breastfeed.

These days i am having 100gm paneer and 30 gm soya chunks in form of chapati with my regular diet. Is these are the reason??

It's a normal thing. try to give burp for 15 min. this is done because of excess milk in the food pipe. curdling is due to the acidic nature of the stomach

spitting is normal sometimes but if it's regular and huge then please consult a good pediatrician.

No mam your food was diet was perfect
some times babies are having in digestion problem you just carry him after feeding table will happen it will relife your baby gas passed out through mouth from the digestive tract after having a feed try this
