Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly. Average weight for 9 months old baby should be 8 to 9 kgs. You can add cereals in babies regular diet plan. Cereals is a good source of proteins and nutrition and also help in gaining weight.
