NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till your baby complete 6 months and you cannot give your baby any food till then and if in the case the breast milk is not sufficient then you can be giving your child and infant formula milk which is an alternative to the breast milk and nothing else
