Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy5 years agoA. it is very important to give paracetamol to the child and also do body sponge and if there is no decrease in fever even after 2 hours then you have to go for higher medicines like ibugesic or meftal p after medical consultation

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 2 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi mom For now give paracetamol to ur baby to bring down the fever. As the fever is very high u need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby.
