NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello at the temperature is very high then you can give your child tipid sponging which can help to reduce the temperature.. you should be giving the paracetamol once in every 6 hours and if required you will have to check with your doctor regarding the same
