#exergentemporalscanner In fever can we give milk to baby? because my dadi used to tell me not to give milk during fever as it may turn to jaundice.Is this a myth or true fact?

A. Hello dear parent! When there is any discomfort in the baby like fever there is a chance that the digestive system gets effected and slows down a bit. Body will be dehydrated. Milk intake further slows down the process causing tummy discomfort. That is the reason it is avoided by elders. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all day. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
