Hello ma’am The only home remedy to cure fever is to do Thanda Pani ki patti to bring the fever down as it has been there for ages together and works normally but it is mostly recommended to give paracetamol to your child so that the fever comes down faster because if it rises and reaches 102 or 3° then it could definitely reach the brain as well so you have to be really particular there
