exclusively on formula milk from day 1 ..how to keep her hydrated ??

A. hello yes it is absolutely fine and nothing to worry .. the breast milkor the infant formula milk which ever you give for the baby will itself contain the required water content that will help to keep your child well hydrated and additional water is nt really required for the baby

Q. Hello, My baby is 5 months 9 days old. Till date I fed my baby breastmilk exclusively. However nowadays I feel that breastmilk is just not sufficient to keep her hydrated. And I've heard that before 6 months we should not provide anything except breastmilk or formula milk. So pls advise me if I could provide formula milk atleast twice a day to keep her hydrated , as rest of the day I will continue with breastmilk.
