Q.

every weekend my son suffers from fever nd we have to give him crocin bt today he is having cough that is why again fever cam on this weekend what should i do is he catching fever from external source?

A. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is thvyere paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the doshe can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

A. good evening I would recommend you to get flu vaccination done for the child it will help to reduce the frequency of the child getting fever also try to give him unity boosting food to the child
