every time suffering from running nose and cough..nose always block..he takes maxta, bronco ex..but not any improvement...

Cough is a protective reflex of the body to expel out the mucus or any irritant factor from the respiratory tract which is most of the time assosiated with cold due to any viral or bacterial infection . A proper exafmination is required to find the cause .
As a home remedy you can start with steam inhalation . Cough can be treated with cough surppressant or antitussives as per the cause. For cold antihistamines are useful and nasal saline drops are also benifecial .

Cold and cough can take around 3-9 days to subside. so no need to worry.
continue with the medicine prescribed by the doctor.
Also give steam inhalation and apply babyhug rapid relief roll on or vicks vaporub on the chest and sole of the feet to get relief from cough and cold
