NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello try feeding the baby in a silent place with no distraction and also have lactare tablet which can help increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion
