Weaning works best when both mother and baby are ready for it. Drop one feed at a time. Wean day time first and night later. Ideally best to wait it out until baby is 2 years of age.

after completing 7 months you should start with Semi solid food like vegetable soup for fruits purry and then slowly move on for solid food so that the babies digestion remains good

You can prepare oatmeal in many different forms, the simplest of which is a porridge, light and easy to digest for babies. We recommend mixing it up with apples to improve both the taste and the nutrition quotient.
