during pregnancy my wife has urine infection now she is suffering from stomach pain and back pain. this is due to urine infection

As far as urine infection is concerned , please get it properly treated by your gynaecologist or a physician..
back pain etc are usually because of mal nutrition or because of the growth of baby
So take sunbath daily
take nutritious diet
