During my pregnency at the time of 8th month I got pimples .now I am a mother of 2 and a half month baby still they are continuing and becoming as black marks..please suggest me the way to overcom black spots andp pimples

this will require examination and check up as well as history evaluation with the gynecologist.

Maintain a good personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care
