My doctor prescribed me Dabur Satvarex to be taken with milk twice a day. It’s an ayurvedic supplement for milk supply. Apart from this there is one medicine named Perinorm. But please consult a doctor before taking any medication. Make sure you are well hydrated, drink at least 4 ltr water a day. And lastly, feed the baby frequently, more the baby empties the breast, more milk it produces.

You should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan and you should also start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day it will help in increasing your breast milk. If you are not getting sufficient milk then you can start giving formula milk but there is no need to give anything else till baby turned six months
