Dr..plz suggest mere baby ko one week se watery poop ho rahi hai kabhi brown colour lagta hai kabhi yellow...din mai 3 ya 4 baar hoti h ...mai kya karu

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fejver and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatmeunt along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it cjould be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
