Dr my son viaansh suffering from fever n tight motion issues but tooth still not visible or came.?

A. it is okay some kids get their teeth a little late. you can wait till the age of 18 months for the first tooth to erupt. visit a pediatrician regarding fever and constipation, it is not related to teething
