Dr my son is 2yr 3months he is not doing his potty regularly and freely . He feels discomfort and it is very hard. Can I give Aristozyme syrup to him? If not please kindly suggest any syrup to him

Avoid giving medicines.
Less intake of water and fiber food is the reason for constipation. Increase the intake of water and fiber food like Papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia etc in ur baby's diet to get relief from constipation.
Give half tsp of honey with warm water two times a day to get relief from constipation
