Dr. my son Aadvik 1 yr11 mnth old has iron deficiency and hb is 8.9...he has also constipation prbblm. sometimes blood also seen in his potty... what should I do

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually for iron deficiency you have to give natural supplements like Palak carrot those kind of vegetables green leafy vegetables is very much important and also for non vegetarian you can give non veg also and also about constipation you have to make sure you follow the proper diet make your baby to sit in warm water tub during the bathing time and soak the raisins overnight and give early morning in give lots of fluid
