Q.

Dr - my son 1 year 2 months old he is not sleeping In night time .after 12 like that he will sleep .any idea to betterment.

A. in this case I would suggest you to decrease the day time sleep hours of your child, dim the lights in the evening hours , do not play with your child in evening hours

A. make sure that baby has good dinner. Give tummy full foods for better sleep. Also give warm milk before bedtime. Night dinner food and milk will keep tummy fillingand bbay will have a peaceful sleep and you can also have a good sleep. If still baby wakes up Avoid day time sleep or you can give warm bath before bedtime.
