Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would be beneficial .
Medicines like sinarest/wvikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a hbproper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

U Should actually consult your doctor that would be the right thing to do because fever is also there cold is also there so the doctor will be able to advise you with the right kind of medicines or if it is required I’ll advise you to go ahead with antibiotics as well
