A. if the child is having cold and cough for now you can give steam inhalation to the child and then consult your doctor so that he can exabmine the child properly and then only the medicine shd b given

A. nothing to worry that there are a lot of home remedies I would recommend that you should first give your baby indirect steam secondly you should try to massage with baby Vicks rub on the chest and nose of a child
