Q.
Dr is sayg that I can start semi solid food by the end of the 6 month as 6 month is running n she has got lower teeth soon at 4 months old I can giv her dates n all does it hs allergy reaction can I start her food like vegetables n puree?

please wait for dates
please start with easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
you can give properly cook rice and khichdi
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
