does soaking rice before cooking loses its nutrition value ..

A. no, it will not. By the time children turn one, their body can digest almost everything adults eat. Give all family food in soft and roughly mashed form to ur baby.

A. Absolutely not this is what we have been doing traditionally and we soak rice so that it cook faster and also anyways you have to wash rice so that you know the dirt or the colour on whatever is there in the rise that comes out any when you soak it if you see it becomes a little big and when you boil it or you cook it it’s always much better and taste your feet absolutely not toWrite Your Answer Here
