Does constipation over a month is normal and it become normal in between and now it starts again And stool is hard and dry and it some time it's get little spots of dark green surface on some place of stool pls help what to do how to get relief from constipation

A. Are you talking about yourself or the baby pls elaborate and apply little castor oil with cotton around anus before passing lotion abd give more liquids to the baby and fiber rich fruits and vegetables prunes papaya pear leafy vegetables
